We accept all major debit & credit cards via our online secure Payment Gateway.
Once an order is placed, the customer operations team reviews it to ensure everything is okay! Should there be any doubts or issues, they will get in touch with you right away via email or phone before processing your order.
With proper care, the design and color will not wash off. The general rule is to avoid ironing overprints and washing with either cold or lukewarm water.
We take on average:
– Two to three working days for orders within the UAE
– Three to five working days for orders to KSA and the rest of the Gulf Countries
– Five to seven working days for orders to other countries in the Middle East and North Africa
Orders are chargeable at different costs depending on the country you are ordering from for shipping. You will find the Delivery charge upon checking out.
We do accept returns and will exchange the item or refund the payment if and when customers are disappointed by our merchandise for one of the following reasons:
– In case you received an item of a wrong size
– In case you received an item with a factory defect
Please allow up to seven (7) working days for the refund transfer to be completed.
